Unexpected High Water!!!

This is August, We thought high water season is finish but it went opposite way. From day before yesterday raining a lot, it makes unexpected high water. This is really good for who really want to do big water flow and great strong waves. It been super fun rafting with unexpected high water in the Tone river.
